We’ll start in Ubud, the spiritual heart of Bali, where we’ll dive into yoga and meditation surrounded by jungle and rice fields. Our days will be filled with deep connection to nature, visits to sacred temples, and walks through the Monkey Forest. Then we’ll head to the Gili Islands, where white beaches and crystal-clear waters will become our sanctuary. There, we’ll practice aerial yoga at sunset , suspended between sky and sea, experiencing freedom in both body and mind.
This trip is designed for those who want to reconnect with their inner balance, relax, and recharge. Each day will be an opportunity to explore new breathing techniques, discover the benefits of yoga, and experience pure well-being in a dreamlike setting.
